Diva, I didn't see it mentioned in the 10+ posts I read so I will state it here. Diet Rite is made with spleena, and has no caffeine or salt. There isn't an orange flavor, but there is a tangerine. For myself, I don't do anyones diet. I like the way I am, and enjoy veggies and fruits. I am an extremely active person, if others think I am "plump" too bad, smile. Sundew

Diet rite also has a 'fully loaded' version I think its called RC. I also think the tangerine has been discontinued or at least thats what I was told that by a friend.

I am not 100% certain on either of those counts since I can't drink soda or anything else carbonated. I can't stand anything fizzy in my mouth.

Yes, the regular carbonated beverage is Royal Crown or short version RC. RC is owned by 7up. As to the tangerine, darn, it just came out in my area this summer. Here it is still on the shelf. Of course they have other flavors, one is white grape (not a fan of white grape), and raspberry, I am sure there is another flavor other than the traditional cola, but I can't think of it this morning. I think there is a Peach and Kiwi strawberry.

According to a poll on one of my low carb forums the Cola and Tangerine taste best and the peach is least liked.

If you can not find your Diet Rite then may I suggest Sams Choice Clear American naturally flavored sparkling water from walmart. I think Fred Meyer has something simular. I love it and there are several flavors.

PS I'm down 45 pounds. Only 50 more to go.
