Pleasure and Pain are the basic principles in what is called conditioning, where you get more of what you reward and less of what you punish..........??

Sub Drop is also a form of conditioning .

For me, yes as it would mean they were lying to me.

Part of why i have such a good dynamic is I trust him.

There is also that there is no need to embelish things as it were with us, I know he will push me as far as I can take.

Regarding for preparing for the next session, thats kinda simple in my world, I belong to a Sadist... i just hang in there and focus on coping.

We don't engage in a lot of that - there is no carrot and stick, our "play" is primal, raw violence because that is how we both operate. He has never used a flogger or crop on me for example.. but has used a police riot baton, an old fashioned sap etc

The whole pleasure and pain thing works for some but not really for us

Many on this forum wished they could have such a relationship as you have, it is not the devices its how they are used and what the final outcome achieved is.

It's not perfect, hell at times it is bloody difficult. A LOT of what he does I utterly hate but then submitting to things i hate also has its own mental impact on me.

My pleasure comes from serving him and suffering for him as opposed to any direct sexual pleasure etc, and I have given up a lot of things that i would not have chosen to in order to walk my path

Indeed you are suffering for your owner, that is your pleasure, but you must have a need to suffer pain for your owner this pain is what focuses you on your need to give yourself and to serve him.

My slaves have an ability to mind block pain, this is of great concern often to a Master, so to endure have you such an ability.

Pain often when pushed and endured long enough,brings out of the sub and to the surface the unhibited raw soul that has been exposed by your Master, a kind of meeting of the minds, you have felt this experience to endure that which hurts you and yet you hate so much, but need so much, this is chemistry and spiritual and takes you beyond this world and on another plane, we refer often to this as sub space.

As a Master there are many who do go ooooh this is nice pain, then the dominant has a challenge, there are different levels of headspace entering into an altered space, without care a Master can loose control and a Master without experience can be topped, a Master who loses control is a failure, a Master only loses this control once and that is his demise.
