You asked if the figures in the bill they presented as obamas budget in the house did not use the figures they did, my answer yes, they are liars, and did not use any of obamas budget in there. And the second link proves it, cuz you have obamas budget in the first link and what the teabaggers presented in the second. No number matches. Give it a look see.

Not at all true. A budget would require such mundane tasks as proposing how the money is spent as well as how that money will be gotten. You don't think that the treasury just goes on about its business without a congressional appropriation do you, because the bond is not a tax? (sooner or later, if you spend, there will be a requirement to have a dollar laying about to spend).
