I am reminded of an interview of a young and very beautiful woman who was a head of the Satanic Church. I am paraphrasing so it is possible I may have gotten some nuance wrong. You are free to be evil, but if you did wrong and it messes you up, you deserved it. I am also reminded of the Wiccan crede.
