ORIGINAL: DesFIP If she can't talk to her doctor, and get an okay, then she shouldn't do anything. Every pregnancy is different. She needs an okay for her, which isn't going to be the same okay the woman in the following appointment would get. This. How hard is it to say, "I like kinky/rough stuff, what do I need to watch out for?" People act like their doctors have never, ever, ever heard this before. With the second child I had a litaney of things that I had done while pregnant (did not think that I was pregnant) and my thoughts at the time were NOT, oh what will this person think of my choices, but how or will this affect the baby. (Not kinky, but work related stuff ~ being in a room while the x-ray tube was being calibrated and laying on an MRI magnet for hours were a couple of the things.)
