Okay I don't want to depress anyone or anything but.....the title says it all. What is the most heart breaking sad song you know? Share a link if you have it. You get extra points if you make other posters cry. I'll start with one that has made me want to cry since I was much younger than I am now....

I'll be true to you. The Oak Ridge Boys.

Aww no one wants to play with us, Delilya (sad face) That is a good song by the way. Danced to it with my father and father inlaw (now ex) at my wedding. But it doesn't make me cry....no points for you :P

Great song. Great song. The pain in that mans voice should cause emotion in anyone that hears him. Though to be honest I don't cry when I hear it. I think about when I used to do drugs....sad yes, tears no.

Also very good picks, Weed. Harry had a wonderful voice and was such a great story teller.

Troy, by Sinead O'Connor.

It is sad and angry; it works incredibly well as a break up song because you can scream and cry simultaneously.

Oh Stella, I just came from having a long talk with my mom and dad at their graves, and I thought I was cried out.....seems I was wrong.

I did get to say everything to mom before she left this world, but, sadly, I was too young and stupid to know how important it was when daddy passed away.

That Mike and the Mechanics song just laid me down.
