Im considering doing a 10 day detox diet, has anyone done one and had a good experience? Anything I should be aware of to look out for? I dont have any underlying health problems, but Ive been feeling very run down, my skin isnt as radiant as it usually is, im thinking its dextox time. Thoughts?

I was thinking of following the Master Clense diet as it sound the most simple, and its been around since the 1940s

Is it like the liver cleanse diet?
I would probably recomend the
liver cleanse one, sounds pretty
good but it is long, it has stages
and apparently when your done
you feel bloody great.

Yes. Stop eating meat, dairy and eggs. I did that 7 months ago. Lost 19 pounds and feel amazing.
