I'm a femdom and I also own a business and have people work for me in various capacities (including my husband, who is also my main play partner). I agree there are a LOT of very hot scenarios that come to mind when I ponder the ability of combining control in the office with BDSM and how it could add a lot of intense passion/flavor/color etc.
But if I were to act on these ideas, I have to accept that in addition to some of the legal/ethical challenges people have brought up, I also have to accept that in reality it's more a "game" than really getting any true work done - seriously. It's more for the BDSM than actual, true, honest work productivity. I know how my brain and femdom urges work. If I took an 8 hour day of just straight "focus on my job" and 8 hours of "kinky fun rolplay hot boytoy in the office let's mix it all together and he helps with tasks x, y and z" it doesn't matter how much he gets done for me, overall, my productivity for that day is down.
As a business woman in the long run, it's not good business. Is it fun? Sure. But just like "having a sissy maid" vs. "hiring a real maid" - I have to take it for what it is worth. Dollar for dollar, it's better to PAY for the real thing or take the fantasy and indulge 100% for what it is and not try to squeeze out some work productivity at the same time.
