Inquiring minds want to know.... can a sub receive the urine of his/her Domme/Dom via a cathetar (receiving side empty..donor side full) so that the act of urination is performed for the Domme/Dom by the sub? Assuming the customary risk of infection from a cath.... any other health concerns to be aware of...??? Thank You to all who reply....... john

Well this sounds really kinky and I like the thought but Ive had a kidney infection once and anybody that wants to catheterize me will have a strong fight to do it lol

the fact is that as long as the catheter is done by someone who knows what they are doing and it is not left in for uneccesary amounts of time it should be ok. Just don't leave it in any longer than the night. Insert the catheter into you at night and connect it to the slaves mouth peice and have a good nites sleep!! Just make sure that the slave drinks alot of water before u do this and alot of water after it wakes up!! Drinking urine is safe as long as the slave is constantly watered.

...don't get it. WHY would a dominant partner WANT to be catherterized. As far as I've heared it is -quite- an unpleasant process....

Wait a min.. am I reading this right? You want one end of the catheter in the Dominant and the other in the submissive so that the Dom/me urinates into the sub's bladder and the sub holds it to void? *jaw drops* One of us has a very warped kinky mind. If that isn't what you meant, then it's me.. eeps.
Seriously though, I do know it is possible to fill the bladder. It does carry medical risks which you'll have to research. I decided against bladder filling and didn't learn them. Filling the bladder with another's urine sounds like a semi bad idea to me. Urine can carry some unpleasant infections. You'd want to have a partner you knew was healthy.

I believe they were referring to one end in the dominant and the other in the slaves mouth.... either way is kinky, but I think BeachMystress has more of a kinky edge twist on it...

OK, first off... you can't just catheter someone just like that... there is a sterile procedure you need to do in order to prevent infection. secondly, you need to use the proper size of catheter, since they range in diameter, typically from a 10Fr to a 14Fr. Thirdly, if you have no medical training in nursing, etc. i would HIGHLY advise not to do any medical play at all. it can be very very dangerous and you can easily cause infection or worse in both the Domme and the sub. If you insert the catheter or inflate the balloon improperly, you can cause the urine to back up into the bladder, which can cause severe implications, and possible hospitalization. i do lots of medical play in my scenes, but only because i've had years of medical training as a research scientist and nurse. unless you have the knowledge and the proper sterile procedure and training...i WOULD NOT recommend catheter play for anyone. contact me if you still need more help. Many thanks to all who replied.... those in the know (with med/nursing experience) leave little doubt that this would be a bad idea...

To MistressMandy..You read it correctly..the inquiry was whether bladder to bladder transfer would be reasonably safe if even possible. Thank You.

The modification placing the receiving end in my (the sub/slave) mouth seems the reasonable approach... point well taken that the one placeing the cath in the Domme has to be knowledgable and trained to avoid problems.

One kinky fantasy hits the dust... back to the drawing boards...

Are you aware there are gags specially designed to not give a sub a choice about what they drink? Don't feel too bad about your fantasy hitting the dust. I very much wanted to try scrotal infusions. When I researched the possible side effects, the pleasure I'd get from doing it doesn't offset the chance for permanent damage to the male. Some things are meant to stay in our minds.

the fantasy can be a reality easily enough. Simply have either partner learn from sum one whom does med scenes to teach what they desire to know. Most can be found at any local munch and most are more then willing to train anyone how to safely insert a cath and apply your kink to your hearts content. You can also hire a LPN to come into the home and do the procedure as well simply by calling any Home Health Center, but I would recomend that you gain a prescription for such from your local Dr. and discuss your desire with them so that you can gain the most up to date information on the proceedures and possible problems. It is wise to learn about the passing of body fluids tho and I would not advise doing such with simply a casual partner for there is the risk of life threatening viruses that can be passed (such as HIV n AID ) and should only be done with well established partners and in relationships that are long stood and trustworthy. Using such for only a over night scene would not carry much problems with it except for the passing of body fluids from one person to another and its risks if not long term partners participating. There is also sum on line medical procedure sites that anyone can access and gain information on this procedure. JMO

As a renal transplant coordinator, I cannot emphasize enough how utterly impractical and potentially life-threatening your proposed scene is. I won't belabor the issue, however, I'll simply say that it'd be one surefire way to wind up with the other 60,000 people in the US awaiting a kidney transplant.

Urine is only sterile to the bearer -- and once it hits air, it's already contaminated. It carries with it BLOOD cells (and thus any infection or infectious disease) the bearer has. It also can harbor medications and drugs, including antibiotics, illicit substances and alcohol. And, it can easily transmit cytomegalovirus (a herpes strain) which can be fatal in immunocompromised individuals. Lastly, urine can carry yeast, which can give a really gross and unconfortable infection!

It's bad enough we engage in piss play where you're wearing or consuming the waste of another!!! Provided our skin is in tact, our body is fairly well protected, and the stomach's acids pretty much anihilate any bad gram pos or negative cocci/bacilli that might be present in the urine. The mouth, if consumed, will pick up all of that fun -- yeast infection in the mouth is awful, and because of the gums and mucus membranes, the mouth pretty readily absorbs bad stuff if placed in the oral cavity.

I tried cathetar play years ago. (I was the one cathetarized.) I didn't experience any complications but we had the proper supplies and were very careful about sterile technique. There was a burny pain as the cath was introduced but it was not enormously painful.

Mis Pandora is right just so all of you know.

Being in the medical field I've inserted cathaters in many patients. And just to clear things up, please go to a dictionary and read the deffinetion of Urine.

Using a via cathether itself dosn't under normal proceedings dose not give extra contamination to the urine.

but anyways I myself do take antioxins and drink atleast a gallon of Water a day. If you're really into the whole urine thing, I'd recomend you get the piss from the person about mid day when much water as been consumed. That will help you from getting sick.

i had to have a pelvic ultrasound several months ago, but i was looking at possible surgery so i couldn't *drink* my bladder full. So, they cathed me and filled my bladder with saline. The filling part did not actually hurt, it was just a weird sensation.

So, in answer to your question, you *can* introduce liquids to the bladder, although i noticed the nurses were VERY careful to be sterile during the entire ordeal, so it's probably not a good idea to do it at home with no training.

There are several things to take into consideration concerning this. First there is the health issue, both partners need to be free of any urinary tract infections or other infections passable through bodily fluids, that does include the common cold. Secondly if its bladder to bladder then a one way valve would be necessary if the Dom wishes to completely void their bladder, otherwise pressure will just equalize between the two individuals. Thirdly if its to be done during sleep I personally would suggest against it for the simple fact that people tend to toss and turn in their sleep and it could cause unnecessary and possibly even damaging results to tissue and the urinal tract or bladder of either or both individuals. If it is to be done at bedtime with the cathater leading to agag or some other type of device to keep it held in their mouth you run the potential risk of sleep drowning. If its to be done will either, preferably the submissive, or both individuals are awake there should be no serious risk to life or health so long as both individuals are healthy.

Firstly, catheterizing is a totally sterile medical proceedure. It requires a lot of pre prep clean up work to begin with, and if you don't know how to do a sterile proceedure, don't do it.

Secondly, introducing urine from a sterile area like the bladder, into a dirty one like a mouth is a VERY bad idea. Especially up an open pathway like a catheter. The human mouth contains an enormous amount of patogenic bugs, you do NOT want traveling up the wrong way.

If you feel you MUST do this, use a "texas catheter" which is external. NOT an indwelling one.
