being in the medical field with 15 yrs experience I can definitely tell you it is not possible to transfer from bladder to bladder and still retain your sterile field.
The caths I have inserted (indwelling) are all of one pice which the end attaches to the bag.
The insertion end is a small sterile rubber tubing(depending on what FR ) which is
inserted into the urethra. There is much discomfort if the cath is not inserted into the bladder when the bulb is inflated and possible damage may occurr to the urinary tract as well.
What I am saying John is they do not as far as my knowledge make a double ended insertion tube.
You would have to try and put one together which would be a mistake right from the word go!!
Your body is full of bacteria that your natural antibodies are protecting you from.
To transmit something out of your body thats protected into a body that is not being protected by their natural antibodies could cause an adverse reaction possible anaphalactic shock ,which is an medical emergancy!!

In my medical opinion John the adverse results outweigh the pleasure involved!!

I usually avoid boards, but now is as good a time as any for a first post.

First off, I don't recommend this type of scene to newbies, but have done cath to cath several times with connected foleys. Catheter play is really common in gummiklinik scenes. Yes, you can do gravity fills with connected catheters. If you're worried about backfill and infection, I recommend using a flow valve to prevent saliva (or whatever) from moving back into the bladder.

In my opinion you can safely feed someone from a catheter or recycle as needed.

Im sorry rubber nurse but I as an licensed professional have to disagree with you on all accounts.
Yes you can transfer urine from bladder to bladder and I feel the saety you are talking about is that you wont lose a drop:)
There is so much more involved thatn just having two caths joined together by clamps and having a steady flow.
You can by all means do as you say but what happens when the person has an allergic reaction?
Are you equipped to handle this situation?
what happens if the flow is way to much for the bladder and a rupture appears?
Tell me what happens if the person begins to show blood in the urine thats draining from the tubesof the cath?
You definitely do not know what you are talking about when you say safely and I myself would never engage in a practice as this.
That is my medical opinion maam.

Not only are there the medical reasons, which MisPandora has gone into quite thoroughly, there are also the technical problems. Medical catheters are designed so that only one end can be inserted. So that would mean you would have to design a catheter for that purpose. That task I think no one would undertake.

Using 2 catheters and connecting them with IV or surgical tubing would probably hurdle that obstacle.

i was wondering if anyone was going to suggest a TX cath. That would only work if the Dominant is male or is there a female ersion i don't know about? Of course even if there was that would only take care of the Dominant side unless the submissive or slave would be drinking it as recomended (BTW i fully agree with the recomendation) However if the Dominant in question is male would ya really need a tx cath? i mean You Guys are already made with a very nice hose. lol

There are some who HAVE to use a catheter several times a day because their kidneys dont work properly andso have to be....er....helped. I found out it can be REALLY dangerous not to do this (if you need to do it in the first place). The miserable blighters can get kidney stones,leading to infections and if you have a spinal injury and cant feel the pain the condition gets worse-your kidneys say "sod this for a game of soldiers" and pack up, leading to either amputation of a limb or just plain old death. This happened to our college friend of mine.

Oh,yes,and infections hurt like mad!.

IF you are using a catheter MAKE SURE your hands are spotlessly clean-use PLENTY of soap and water and make sure you are clean everywhere else as well.

That's called bladder irrigation. It's done with sterile fluids, not someone else's piss as the original writer had theoried.

I'm not going to detail it out, but there are cath connectors that can be used with tubing that CAN link two caths together, or very simply, someone fills a foley bag, and then it's infiltrated into the other's bladder. But it's just plain foolish....
