He is, that is why Britain doesn't want him back.

He's so extreme, if you didn't know this was for real, you would think it was satire.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/01/08/alex-jones-piers-morgan-cops-crackheads_n_2432839.html
with his video made after the show...free speech..and paranoia, makes for interesting stuff
He continued that he'd been confronted by someone with "violence in the eyes" who he suspected was an undercover police officer, and that he'd seen undercover officers throughout his stay in New York.

"I think we're being cased," his videographer added. Jones then said that he might be murdered in an undercover operation.

"The way this'll work is, 'oh, see here they were protesting gun grabs and some crack dealers shot them,'" he said. "These people clearly work for Bloomberg ... it was just super-creepy ... If something happens to us, we're killed by crackheads, it was the NYPD or the mafia they hired, period," Jones said. "...This city runs white slaves, that's sex slaves, out of here all day, narcotics, you name it. This is mafia central."

Jones ended on a rallying note.

"I'm not afraid of you," he said. "I came here and I got in your redcoat usurper hatchet man's face and I told him to go to hell!"

Paranoia feeds on paranoia, this bloke has bundles of it. It would be hillarious if it wasn't so serious.

I was referred to Alex Jones by an acquaintance, to find out the truth. So, I gave it a go. I listened to Jones. The more I heard, the more deeply I was touched. I was convinced. In that 5 minutes - 5 minutes I'll never get back, dammit - I learned more about my acquaintance and Jones than I ever wanted to. If there was a way to bar Alex Jones from ever again gracing my internet stream, I'd have taken it.

And, I don't really care which one gets deported, jettisoned, exiled, becomes the first person sent to Mars (with or without spacecraft; makes no difference to me), or is left to stew in his own ideology. I have been successful in ignoring both, thus far, and can't see that track record changing. :o)

A comment on an Internet Forum for active military and military veterans that I participate on (Military.com):

quote:

Alex Jones certainly added to the unfortunate stereotyped caricature of a crazed "gun nut." Based on his demeanor during that interview, Jones should be immediately be subjected to testing for emotional maturity and restrained from entering schools or movie theaters.

Better question IMHO is: Which would you want to respond to your 911 call?

I knew you could own silencers with all the right paperwork. I'm curious to know what Owner is talking about. His post implied something other than jumping through hoops and the laws already in place.

I was responding to the OP and referring to Morgan and Alex Jones. I didn't check out your link. Love Ted as musician. I agree with many of his non musician viewpoints. Beyond that I wish he would compile his viewpoints and give them to someone else to deliver and keep his mouth shut. I cannot stand to hear the guy talk. He's exactly the kind of lightning rod we do not need.

I wasn't aware of the NRA stance on silencers. A quick Google search seems to indicate that they advocate them for hearing protection purposes. I didn't read any further since it's a stupid idea (if it's even accurate). I guess earplugs and shooter's muffs aren't good enough. Ted and the NRA should both move to Venus. The do more harm than good for the causes they champion.

Neither one of them. I prefer professionals.

Without the NRA, past and present, I doubt if we could even own handguns at this point.

Mr. P. Morgan looked like a fool. He totally under-estimated Alex Jones.

........

I suspect this has more to do with your views than any objective analysis of the debate or lack of debate as the case was here.

This is what we do here: we express our views. Debates at this kind of political shows are extremely rare. The common procedure is to bring in opposing people the way it enforces their own agenda, often humiliating the opponent by using the power of the host to control the conversation. . Alex Jones himself in no exception.

Definitely Piers Morgan. The perp would be likely to shoot him just to make him shut the fuck up and the ensuing confusion would allow me to either slip off unnoticed or reload if that wasn't possible.

On the other hand, alex would start talking , and depending on the home owner, they would fall asleep or shoot him to stop his ranting idiocy,
I go for neither, and it wasnt a real question was it?

Maybe this is why he was throwing such a tantrum about somebody else pulling that on him?
