Yes, that would be right. Individual users do not have the power to removed posts. Editing ability can be done by the poster of a comment for a limited time. A mod can edit a post, but as a general rule, that is only done for such things like removing alternative contact information or to take out a pic within a post that is too large and distorts the field. When a Moderator does that, it does show which Mod has done the edit.

Have you happened to see other posters refer to gold mail? That's a moderator contacting a poster about having to remove a post, what the reason was, and a polite way of saying don't do it again. Anytime you get gold mail, you can ask what the content was of the post that was pulled.

Another tip that I use -- and i don't know if this is the intention, but it works -- is that little green arrow pointing up right next to the post number. Then I don't have to remember if the number is at the bottom right or top right.

If I'm gonna gripe when things are done wrong, it is only fair that I acknowledge when things are done right (at least by my definitions of "wrong" and "right").

In this thread, the OP asks what TeamViewer is and how it's used in BDSM. The answer to the first half of the question is very simple to achieve -- it's the very first hit on a g00gle search -- in fact, the first three pages (and maybe more) of hits all point to the same thing or discussion thereof. Obviously, the OP didn't do the simplest due diligence -- the importance of which has been emphasized here -- and yet he wasn't berated at all for this. Kudos all around.
