Since that is not feasible, how about highly trained security personnel like those the rich have protecting them, ex military with clean discharges and former law enforcement with clean service record.

So you have to ban all pistols. The most prevalent long arm used in gun related crimes is the 12 gauge shotgun, sawed off double barrels and pumps, so you have to ban all those. Basically we are taking about banning all but about 10 types of long arms.

Sorry, was at emergency vet all night with Princess, we had a porcupine get in the yard, and she is very protective of her territory, and I could not catch her before the porcupine let fire. $496 for the vet, and sitting up with her all night because she came up against something she could not "protect" her family from.
