Status: offline 		I'm located in Dallas and am seeking coulpes for an adult film based on the alchemical transformation of flesh into spirit. Love to find those who have a Fetish for being watched.

My intention is to make an intelligent adult movie. Very David Lynch in style. Random, haunting scenes, sensual energy, etc. Not looking to profit from the creation...in fact, it will be put online for free.

However, I am curious.

I understand you are doing this for free so I am assuming you are looking for other's who are willing to work for free as well.

Would you still be doing model releases that will state you will not be profiting from the video and IDs?

Definitely a model release, which explains it's not for profit, confirming the age of all participants, with copies of their ID's. The contract will explain that the information contained, including the personal information of the participants, is privileged/private and will not be released under any circumstances.

Really? I guess you figured "sought for sale" or services wouldn't be a good choice since you aren't planning on making any money off of it?

The bold portion, isn't exactly true.
If you are required to show the 2257 paper work for legal reasons, that information is not private or privileged. So putting that in the model release would be silly.

Another question, because I am nosy.
If this isn't for profit is it for promotional use for other ventures of yours?

Sorry, call me jaded but not many people "produce" movies for free.
And even if you are using it for promotion of yourself or another business, IMO it is still a for profit video. *shrugs*

I will not sell the movie directly for profit. It will only be online for free. Just like all my videos.

It is under a banner of creature ventures I work on, including music and photography. Not a DIRECT promotion, but there is a chance someone might find my other work because they see the film.
