He's so wrong. Water. Drink water all day, with meals, before meals, in the morning to refresh yourself and revive, and personally I wouldn't take nutritional advice from anyone that wasn't healthy themselves. I mean, hamburger helper and cake in the other thread is what they think is an ok dinner? Even if you skip the cake, hamburger helper is a fattening bad choice chemical shitstorm. I know, I don't eat meat, but if you do, then have the hamburger, grilled, no bun, some seasonings, a nice salad on the side, olive oil and balsamic vinegar on it, a small amount of quinoa or brown rice, not dumped or mixed in with hamburger helper.
