I am new to this idea of being dominated and I need to learn how everything works. Any suggestions on getting started? I am also looking for a mistress but dont know how to go about it.

How things will work in a D/s relationship depends on who you are in the relationship with. But for general questions, it's very helpful to read the Ask a Mistress FAQ first, as they are very helpful and full of a wealth of information.

Yes, first read everything you can find that's related on the forums...THEN start asking questions. You'll have a better idea by then WHICH questions to ask.

My first suggestion would be to change your picture. Most females are not impressed with pictures of an erection even if clothed.

Read, research, study, and observe.

You can shortcut a lot of that by simply joining your local kink community and attending events, parties, clubs, etc. Introduce yourself, get to know people, and explore what you might be interested in.
