Thanks everyone for the tips. Sadly i had to escort a few ladie friends around today, and when they offered Chinese Buffet,... well,... little piggy had his way and ate every kind of food he saw. ._. ,

Stay away from the other little piggies, they are bad influences. :3

If you were trying to quit smoking, you wouldn't go out and hang out around the smokers at work on a smoke break.

Same thing.

Also, think "lifestyle change" and not dieting. When you severely restrict calories for a short period, you usually go back to old habits and gain back all the weight you've lost, plus 10%. When you decide to permanently change your relationship to food and exercise, that usually helps you keep it off for the long haul.

Lynnxz is totally right. Don't hang around buffets and fast food places...you'll relapse.

In regards to weight/body type - I've been technically underweight my entire life. After giving birth I looked FREAKIN AWESOME with a few extra pounds. And then they slowly but surely disappeared, and now I'm back to buying clothes in the little girl's department. He says he loves how I look either way, but I'd like to gain a little weight for ME. I felt really sexy and confident with some curves, and what man doesn't think confidence adds to a girl's sexy factor? It would be a win-win for both of us. Protein bars, whole milk, and a general up in food intake for me.

Aside from weight, I always try to keep myself fixed up. I try to make my hair decent looking, and I always fix my makeup before he comes home or wakes up. I wear outfits, dresses, or shoes that I know he likes. Have my nails long and painted. etc etc etc

Regardless of the -ologists and all-natural foods, eating healthy is always a good place to start. There are numerous apps that help you measure and understand your food intake. My favorite is "MyFitnessPal" It is on Android and iPhone, and it will teach you how to properly eat. Just be honest with it. Hiding food from your log doesn't mean that it doesn't count. Extra food one day means you need to adjust that week.

Tips:

Whoa- that app is awesome! Thanks for posting!

I use the web based site and they have just recently added sugar and sodium, which are awesome. They have message boards with postings like exercise and recipes. I would suggest when using foods already in the database, that you check and make sure they are in the right ballpark. Some of the items are way off base!

The same things I do for myself. You know...have a healthy lifestyle, dress nicely, keep my mind sharp, keeping good manners and etiquette, etc....The only thing differently I do with Master is when he says he wants me to look differently or do something differently, I do that instead.

Whether you're single or in any kind of relationship, it shouldn't be any different. If you only decide to dress up, be healthy, etc...when you are in a relationship, what does that say about your self esteem?
