Just curious if anyone does this, I have a nickname for my sub "firefly" the meaing, she is small, fragile, something I can watch in amazement, but can light up the darkness, does anyone else name their sub or slave with nicknames? If so what is the nm and the meaning?

My thought is that most couples have nicknames for their mate.....some may not be able to tell them on here. [:D] DJ called me pet, because when we first meet I stayed right by him and was always so excited everytime I saw him. Brad called me Linda when we first meet untill I finally said...."not sure who the hell Linda is .......but it sure as hell is not me."[:D] Then he called me PITA. kar

Master calls me "mouse". He calls me that pretty much always on here and in real life and pretty much everywhere. It started after we took this online personality animal test and he came out as a lion and I came out as a mouse...pretty accurate for us lol. Him dominant, me submissive...just like a lion and a mouse. He feels it fits me. I do the whole "squeak" thing and I have mousey brown hair and eyes and I'm small. He calls my apartment the "mouse house" because it's small just like me. hahaha.

My boys go by S (short for the rest of his name, Steven), Cabin Boy (because he's my 'boat slave') and Huck (as in 'I'm your huckleberry' per Val Kilmer's Doc Holliday in 'TombStone'.) The new boy, Nick...well, that's just his actual name.

I kind of like being called babe, hon, those kind of things and then some more intense things during other times. :)

(Though I will take that idea and create an identity from it.) In a leather house, each member takes on a name that is connected to that house in some way. For example, Mister Pact didn't draw his name out of a hat. He took his name following Me, as the person with more experience. Anybody in service to Me will have a "P" included in some way. Of course, the easiest is LP's (whatever).

During that time period down south (Holliday was from Georgia), the basic pine funeral boxes were referred to as "huckles". If you get a DVD copy of the movie and give a listen, you'll hear that Kilmer is doing a southern accent and saying: "I'm your huckle bearer" when Johnny Ringo asks if any of the Earps want to play for blood. Master call's me His Princess, and I have waited on giving my personal slaves their nickname with me until I get to know them better, but for now I call them either by their name or their preference of role with Me ( hence one is my dog - for now- and the other little One). I feel once they have become more adjusted to Us then when they except My Collar then I will give them their name.

Yea, we give the girls nicknames...the little one is "half pint"or "pee wee". And the other hasn't been given one yet. We are still thinking.

I go by Marine when in my kitty mode. Normally people just call me Kitten.

Friends and strangers is mostly some light-hearted fishing for a reaction. The name may not change but tone and context is everything. Focus.

That is not your name. It was an observation. Finding the proper name takes me some time. I want to call you Emerald, but there is history that may make that name less than favorable for you. Those pure green eyes don't leave much room for variation.

A nickname is different than a description. Just in case things don't work out between us: it is an extremely accurate decision. For now she is Mine and I get a bit possessive about my property. And now you can all be jealous.
