Started off with coffee and long e-mail response to local man. We seem to have hit it off damn fine in the past few weeks. Would be at his house NOW* instead of writing this. He's taking BS in Nursing and Tuesday night is classroom, various nights are practical. Short e-mail response to LDR s.i.t. (slave in training.) He's not done well, so I "cut his chain" a while back. Still willing to mentor him, but he just doesn't "get it." LDR = about 60 miles, so he did/does visit. ::: sigh ::: Not sure where this is going if any where. Grocery store "run." Met glass club treasurer to get my check from selling glass at our annual show and sale www.rmdgs.com We met at a GoodWill she knew of, but then I took her to a (new to her) independent thrift as kind of a way of thanking her for hand delivering my check. So, I guess I made a new / better friend this AM. Raced to deposit said check so it could cover auto-pay for my car insurance. Missed lunch at the Senior Support Center, so finished off a Greek Salad that I used as a pot-luck item Saturday past which was to celebrate the new dungeon of my best friend (and best Leather friend.) Had to test the various equipment, right? But I digress. Then BIG item today was to put new ethernet card into my XP box.... Lance is, shall we say, hardware challenged. All is well. TWO desk tops, no lap tops. And me having an MS in Computer Science. . . . . . . Dinner at Senior Support Center was.... you guessed it. A Greek Salad. LOL! Evening to be filled with massaging my resume for job fair tomorrow. (Do I create 2 versions or 3?) I LOVE wearing suits. Always have. ------------- ETA: NOW* = where I would be fisting him. Puppy play for sure on this coming Saturday night at an all LeatherMen play party. He's a total natural on puppy play. Took him exactly ONCE to decide he wanted a tail which he bought immediately. He does love my flogging and WHAT a cock-sucker! Some sort of medical procedure as a young man cleared his throat and moved his gag reflex down. WOW! Just WOW!

Some help she's turning out to be. Continued to (attempt to) finish my day. Kiddos got home and I had them help me plant flowers. There's one thing accomplished for the day. Took a quick shower...cold. The hot water ran out. Fed them, bathed the little one, helped the oldest with homework. I'm taking a break and soon they'll be off to bed which means time for me to clean, workout, shower, catch up on work, then I'm done?

Got up, too late to hit the gym (boo). Fed the cat, had my coffee, got ready for work, talked to the Mister on my drive to work. Got to work at 7:30 and put together scenarios for our new RFC template. Sat through a three hour meeting to troubleshoot a major problem. Left at 11:30, rushed off to my WW meeting, quick chat with a friend after the meeting, rushed over to Subway for a veggie sandwich on wheat (no mayo, no cheese!), sat through another 3 hour meeting/workshop to work through the new Release functionality of Remedy, using the RFC scenarios I had created at 7:30. Heavy discussions with my new (psycho) boss, who thankfully has toned it down a bit. Helped my coworker with issues she's having with psycho boss. Home at 4:40, made some pasta, skipped my plans to go cycling because it's too hot outside and I was really tired. Had some wine with my pasta, firmed up plans with friends for Friday night, explained to friends why I can't attend their event tomorrow night, reviewed my work calendar for tomorrow, checked work email and home email and facebook, and now here I am. Might call my mom later. It's a mellow night, which is rare for me.

I went to work, came home, ate dinner with Master and now getting ready for bed to do the same thing all over again tomorrow.

Since this was posted yesterday... I came back from a wellsite yesterday morning after several days on location, and slept all day yesterday. It was nice. I think I might sleep some more today. We'll see.

Woke up about 1pm, dragged myself out of bed to hand in my 3 weeks notice to the landlord so I can finally get out of this shithole, then went home and back to bed. I think my pneumonia is nearly gone, hopefully soon I'll be back at work and not burdening the internet with shitty threads like this one.

I was getting my Firefly fix on the 14th...came home on the 15th (they finally got Mom in a cast and a wheelchair). Nice case of insomnia now...

Not much. Slept from 9am until 3am. Got up. Picked up the kid from school, came home. Browsed the Internet for an hour. Took kid to karate. Exercised for 40 minutes. Played on my iPad. Picked kid up from karate. Went home. Had dinner. Showered. Put kid to bed. Put myself to bed. Woke up 2 hours later for my job. Which I am at right now.

Returned a digital camera. Am getting ready to put together a new string trimmer and go to SO's house to make her yard pretty again. Afterwards, will do laundry (but only in the Domliest of fashion, natch). Later on, I intend to complete the task of getting the last of my mom's bric-a-brac boxed up and off the the thrift store.

I laid out on a bench in a quiet park during lunch and soaked up the beautiful sun. Then I came back to my office and sat in front of the monitor, contemplating my existence inside four walls, day in and day out, when the breeze and the trees and the water - nay, freedom and joy at the most basic and natural level - are on the other side of the window. Then I had a piece of chocolate. :)

Got up at 6, fed the bunnies and cleaned the house....went grocery shopping and bought some fiddleheads first ones of the season yay!! Did payroll for the company, a bunch of paperwork, met with a client and then went to happy hour with a girlfriend, came home, made some roasted kale and garlic, ate it all, folded laundry, played with bunnies, and watched a movie. Not that exciting, but content.

Got up a little after 5, went to the gym, went to work, talked to the Mister on the phone on my drive in, worked my ass off (and dealt with neurotic coworker), took a short walk mid-morning and then walked to Subway at lunch, had a good chat with my boss, came home. Talked on the phone to the Mister, then my Mom, then a friend of mine who used to be my boss. Called my brother, who's going through a divorce (he said he'd call me back later), played with the cat, and now I'm vegging and unwinding online.

Maybe one of you suit lusting girls should make a thread asking for guys to post pics of themselves suited up, unfortunatly I will probably not be among them... Alas, I've already said "no way Jose" and being a man of my word, I am honour bound to spurn your wheedling... Or in K's case excessive use of capslock and exclamations... Thanks for the few tie suggestions, I am still holding out hope I will be able to get around wearing one. Today I slept... And I need much more sleep but I need to go to work soon... Sleep is all I'm interested in at the moment... Sllleeepppp.

Woke up. Fell out of bed. Dragged a comb across my head. (More or less. I epitomize routine. Wake up, make my son's breakfast, lay out his medicine; wake him up, hop in the shower, get dressed, fill my coffee mugs, pack our backpacks, out the door. Take my boy to school, get to work, and dance through a comedy of errors. Leave work, pick up the boy, go home, do dishes, make lunches, set coffee for the next morning, start supper. Coerce the boy to eat, check in with my girl, check work mail for upcoming comedies. Spend time with little lad, get him in the tub, remind him to brush hair and teeth because it's not an either/or situation. Give him his second round of meds, drop the little man in bed. Spend more time with the girl, eventually read her a bedtime story. Pass out. Lather, rinse, repeat.)

Nursed hangover 'til 11ish, had bath & shave, had bite to eat, practiced blues harp, did a spot of ironing (one t shirt), phoned up my lovely old Mum, bits & pieces on here, will be watching Doctor Who shortly, after? This morning started with a chat with the Mister, then off to Zumba, then a chat with some friends, relaxing a little bit. Have some errands to run and then attending a 3 hour Master Zumba Class tonight, driving to the Mister's after that.
