ORIGINAL: RacerJim Guess what, here are the two original documents exactly as I claimed: http://www.scribd.com/search?query=Obama+2008+Cert liar. As the documents say only the second one was sent out. ROFLMAO. You can't even keep your story straight from one post to the next. In your last post you said: "For instance Pelosi sent out a single DNC OCON which quite specifically says "under provisions of the U.S. Constitution." Now you say the documents say only the second one was sent out, but that's the one which did not say "under provisions of the U.S. Constitution." -- oooopsie. But that's a LIE because: a) The first document (the one which says "under provisions of the U.S. Constitution.") says "It is not known if this version of the 2008 DNC certification was sent to the states. It is clear that some of the modified versions (without the phrase "are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution"), maybe all, went to the states." and; b) The second document (the one without "under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution") says "It is believed that this was the version sent to most of the states (Hawaii may be an exception) prior to the 2008 election." Of course, the basic fact that Pelosi signed two, contradictory, OCONS in the first place justifies questioning same. quote:

Democratic Governor of Hawaii and professed long-time close friend of Obama Neil Ambercrombie said he was going to put an end to "birtherism" once and for all by personally finding Obama's original Hawaii birth certificate and verifying it -- however, after two weeks of searching all he said he was able to find was a "hand written notation" referencing Obama's "vital records". Another debunked lie. http://www.nydailynews.com/news/politics/mike-evans-hawaii-gov-neil-abercrombie-told-obama-birth-certificate-article-1.152025 From the article linked to in the URL above: However, while the article "suggests" the governor said he could not find the birth certificate, he never makes any such statement in the Star-Advertiser interview. In fact, he indicates that a record of Obama's birth does exist. "It actually exists in the archives, written down," he said, although it is unclear what kind of record he is referring to." Your own reference proves what I said was correct -- that all Ambercrombie said was that all he could find was a written down notation. WTF? Can't you read? The Governor said the BC exists and is in the correct place. WTF INDEED. Question: Why didn't you point out where in that article the Governor said Obama's BC, the actual BC not a hand written/written down notation, exists and is in the correct place? Answer: Because the Governor said no such specific thing. quote:

In 2009 CNN attempted to debunk birthers by sending a reporter, cameraman and someone born in Hawaii to the Hawaii Department of Health where they requested a Certified Copy of that persons original hospital-generated long-form "Certificate Of Live Birth" but were told they could only obtain a computer-generated, short-form "Certification Of Live Birth" birth certificate. Upon obtaining same they proclaimed it the same (type of document) as Obama's and pointed out the required embossed seal of the HDOH on it. What they didn't do, of course, was compare it to what had been alleged to be a Certified Copy of Obama's "Certification Of Live Birth" which DID NOT have the required embossed seal of the HDOH on it. Yet another lie, the photos of the Presidents BC quite clearly show the seal. YOU LIE again. These photos of the usurper's short-form and long-form BC clearly show no seal: http://graphics2.snopes.com/politics/graphics/birth.jpg and http://graphics2.snopes.com/politics/graphics/longform.pdf Another lie. A scan of a document is very unlikely to show a seal. However the photos of the documents do show the seal. YOU'RE LYING AGAIN. The fact of the matter is than a scan of a document having an embossed seal will most likely show the seal, and most likely an identifiable seal to the naked eye on a document (like a birth certificate copy) whose acceptance as authentic depends on having same -- anyone with even a modicum of experience scanning such documents knows that. Here's a link showing a side-by-comparison of a scan of a Hawaii short-form birth certificate with an identifiable embossed official seal of the Hawaii Department of Health vs one of FactCheck's photo's of Obama's short-form birth certificate with an unidentifiable "embossment": http://www.theobamafile.com/_images/COLBOfficialVsObama.bmp Only a blind person would claim the latter is identifiable as the embossed official seal of the HDOH. One final comment: During the first quarter of 2010, two different birthers, unbeknownst to each other at the time, in email exchanges with Janice Okubo (HDOH), were informed by Janice Okubo that: a) the HDOH had no record of any UIPA request for Obama's bc/vital records from Joseph Sandler, Brian Schatz, William H. Gilardy, Nancy Pelosi, Howard Dean, Neil Abercrombie, Daniel Inouye, Senator Akaka, Marsha Joyner, Andy Martin or anyone else representing the Hawaii Democratic Party or the Democratic National Committee from January 2008 through February 4, 2010 and; b) the HDOH had no record of any payment (for a Certified Copy of Obama's bc/vital records for example) from the Hawaii Democratic Party or the Democratic National Committee from February 4, 2007 through February 4, 2010. "The only people who don't want to disclose the truth are people with something to hide." -- Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Obama, aka Soebarkah, aka Barack Obama FYI: If I were you I wouldn't waste time responding to this because I'm done with you, but it's been lots of fun DEBUNKING your LIES -- especially using your own posts. ROFLMAO.
