Well, as I have said it comes even when I do not eat, but I could be eating a nice simple batch of simply cooked carrots, and a meat and a gravey maybe for example and bam heart burn, or one night I was eating a small cup and a half of my moms home made lima bean soup, and yes you guessed it heart burn. Or another time I ate some potato salad and a hot dog, and then one day I had not eaten but Daddy and I got into a fight an all of a sudden I juts got this huge wave of heart burn pain, an I was like dud, I totally think this stress is stiring up my indigestion, I get it from eating fruits and vegitables too, where as things you think would induce heart burn bad enough to set the whole town on fire does not. I can eat green olives with the red center an they're super tangy an bitter an i can eat 5 o those, no heart burn, milk does not give me heart burn, I can have ice cream and milk shakes an stuff and I can usually eat a steak and guacamole burrito an not get heart burn, like that with no heart burn, but man oh man do I get an upset stomach and direah. I can normally scarf an entire pizza, no heart burn. greasy stuff, same thing, no heart burn, fattening stuff, no heart burn. quote:

ORIGINAL: LittleGirlHeart I talked to my dr and she said there wasn't an she said heart burn is primarily cause of heart burn is diet and lack of exercise, and caused by over eating, and I told her, ok, yeah it could be, but I do not eat and I am still getting serious heart burn, and she kept insisting it was from over eating and I do not over eat much. I do someties sure, but a lot of times it's a small normal portion and I have heart burn minutes after. Sounds to me like there might be a specific food that's causing the heartburn. What were you eating at the time? Was dairy included in it? Wheat?
