Feel free to back up any of your assertions with something other than hallucinations. So back on the topic of Zimmerman... Neighbors with Martin during the school year? Nope, that is proven to be a lie. Zimmerman on top of Martin during the fight? Nope, that came from the 'witness' who lied about the 3 gunshots. George Zimmerman lied about the money during the bond hearing? Nope another lie, he never opened his mouth during the bond hearing...remember the 'potted plant' glee? Can't have it both ways. Zimmerman lied about being able to reach the gun during the fight? Beyond the obvious (that if he hadn't been able to do so, Martin would be alive, and if he was waving the gun around out of the holster, Martin would never have simply punched him in the nose and nothing more), the expert witness testified that it would have been easy for Zimmerman to access the weapon. You know... the expert witness with real credentials that were vetted by the court, unlike your keyboard commando credentials. In the spring of 2012, in the question/answer session that followed the CATO Institute “Stand Your Ground Symposium”, a sincere young man who happened to be African-American asked me if SYG protection would have been in effect for Trayvon Martin if he had been violently attacked by George Zimmerman, and had killed Zimmerman in self-defense. My answer was “Yes, of course.” And I would give the same answer now. The only problem with that hypothetical is, there is nothing to substantiate it, and there is a large body of facts in evidence to support the jury’s verdict that Zimmerman was not guilty of murder, or any lesser included offense. Yeah, he has no knowledge that isnt possessed by anyone else who has shot guns all their life, and no more expertise than anyone else in like circumstance. And regarding the knowledge and proof and expertise that won the trial, didnt happen, according to at least one juror, it was lack of evidence for what he did, not that the evidence was the thing that made him innocent.
