and no one is going to answer that question because no matter which way they answer they will be labled a racist!

others have tried to explain to you why they feel blacks seem to get the worse end of the deal though and you ignore this

its the commonality of it all, when you see that the vast majority of the defendants are black you get desensatized to it and tend to rubber stamp things on threw.
is that right, of course not, but it is a fact of human nature

let me give you an example from my field of work

a customer calls me and says I have low water pressure in my kitchen sink faucet

first question I ask is, is the pressure low only on the hot or vold side, or is the pressure low for both hot an cold??

if they say both, its a NO BRAINER, the areator is clogged with grit or hard water deposits, take it off clean it put it back 10 - 15 minute job
see it all the time, and its a rubber stamp situation

if they nooo its only the HOT side or COLD side I have to say HMMMM we'll have to look at things a lil closer as there may be many reasons for this

in other words, one is a rubberstamp situation I see ALL THE TIME, takes no real thought, but when its something I don't seee ALL the time I have to look more closely

is this RIGHT, especially when we are talking about a human life, CERTIANLY NOT, is it the the reality of how things happen, most likely!

when it comes to the justice system obviously, one would want to be the ODDITY that they do not see time and time again so they stop a moment and say HMMMMM !

as for who I'd rather be, I want to be the LEAST COMMON person the judge ever saw, so if for no other reason than I break up the monotomy of his normal life I get just that TINY EXTRA LOOK

I'd say I'd probably prefer to be asian as those are probably the people judges see the LEAST and are likely to get that extra lil HMMMM I want the judge to say INTERESTING, ya don't see THIS every day now do ya?!

Me too. I am white and yes, I would rather be white (& have gobs of money to hire the best frickin' lawyer I could).. that doesnt make me or anyone that feels that way a racist.. what it does say tho, is that by giving that answer, we know that on the whole, whites are indeed treated differently (meaning better) than black people are.. It just says we know inside that the justice system is prone to inequality with blacks tending to get the short end of the stick (unless perhaps if they are black, rich and famous)..

Perhaps it is because your 'question' is predicated on the racist game that brown, red, and yellow skinned people are white, until they aren't needed, then they aren't white.

On the topic of George Zimmerman, as requested by the admin, a brown skinned, non-white man just got the same results that a Kennedy would have gotten.

Why does that upset you so much that you can't let it go?
