And for everyone with selective memory, Zimmermans defence was that boxers don't train to fight when they've been taken down. The prosecution alleged that Zimmerman had MMa training when in fact he only took cardio training from an MMA trainer. This is kind of important, since the punk was using a technique known in the MMA as "ground and pound" when he attacked Zimmerman. I would suggest you all take the time to look up DMX'z multiple drug convictions. He also has nothing special in his skillset to prepare for a boxing match of any kind. He hasn't killed anyone except on a Hollywood movie set, and probably hasn't even been in a fight in decades. Which brings me to one small point; We know for certain that only one of the two has actually killed someone in real life. That has to be worrying for someone who's most violent crime is animal abuse... Zimmerman is younger, has boxing training, and has been in training "for months" according to the link. Even if he retains some of the weight he put on during the trial, he will be stronger and more agile. DMX is older, lighter, and would probably lose a fight against Lindsey Lohan if they ever ended up in the same rehab. But as I said before. DMX knows he can't win fairly. His whole plan is to cheat. On some level, DMX must realize that he's nothing more than a Hollywood poser with delusions of grandeur. Also, because of who George Zimmerman is; if DMX loses he loses more than a celebrity boxing match. He becomes the black guy who didn't get justice for the dead thug. Any rapper losing a fight with George Zimmerman will become a laughingstock to their target audience. I suspect DMXs manager doesn't want this fight to happen because for a has been like DMX it could strip him of what little credibility he has left and end his career. -SD-

Allow me to disabuse you of your willful ignorance..... George and his "trainer" fancy themselves as MMA fighters..... MMA is generic for Brazilian Jujitsu, a particularly affective fighting approach/method combining grappling/wrestling with bone crushing karate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=znksMXsR6mo Developed in the late 40s in Brazil by Helio Gracie for in his words,to allow someone smaller and weaker to prevail. Today,it`s one of the most popular martial arts.... Lethal.Once he had you on the ground it was only a matter of time. This is one of the things that makes George`s story weak....he`s a "MMA guy" who got beat up by a skinning teenager....

Where did all that b.s. come out in the trial that George Zimmerman was actually trained for MMA fighting? One of the first things they teach MMAfighers is escapes. That would have been prosecutorial gold if they could have proven that George was actually trained to perform one of the most basic principles of the sport!!! Oh yeah, they coulnt prove that in spite of every effort of the kangaroo court to convict him. We know that because he isnt in prison. Besides, none of this changes the fact that DMX has no chance in the ring with Zimmerman... Hes simply outmatched physically, untrained, and his years of drug abuse will go against him no matter what the racebaiters claim. -SD-

I've been smoking pot DAILY since the mid 80's. I've DROPPED MORE WEED ON THE FLOOR OF GRATEFUL DEAD SHOWS THAN MOST PEOPLE EVER SEE. Decades of parties and dope smoking? NOT AN ISSUE.

Well, was as just reading that DMX trains MMA.....not good for slow fat George....[:D] One thing I`ve learned from 25 years of knocking men down and getting my ass kicked/knocked down... is that no matter how tough or bad you think you are, there`s always someone who`s tougher.... Another hard earned lesson....it doesn`t fucking matter what someone says/brags or how much of a clown act they put on , where it comes to blows is where the men are separated from the boys...

Bama, don't you think that Zimmy's pretty much obviously going to be the loser in a fight with the rap guy because Zimmy's the gun toter? After all, it's pretty obvious that it'd only be a weak and effete man who'd carry and use a gun in the first place (to make up for his deficiencies in masculinity etc).

Looking at Zimmerman's past of asserting his "manliness" on women and a skinny teenager on his road to being a class A cunt, of course he was going to back out, he didn't want to stand toe to toe with a full grown man. I would have loved to have seen him in the ring with Ronda Rousey or Martha Salazar but Zimmerman would have run from them too.

I carry a gun and I wouldn't grow a beard even if I could. I did try chewing tobacco once and like a good woman, I swallowed instead of spit. Will never attempt that again.[:o]
