If you're asking who is more sadistic, an older or a younger person then that makes no sense. Age has no more correlation to sadism than does hair color.

Status: offline 		It depends on who you're punishing. Is it a experienced or inexperienced? Is it a submissive or slave? Is it a masochist or a non masochist? Well my guess is that there may not be as many young and old who know what the difference is, so they will probably punish more wrong than hard.

It depends what you mean by 'more punishing'.

Women aged between 24-32 are most punishing in terms of frequency of punishment, but women aged 54-61 are more severe in their punishments. 64% of punishments are handed out during the 4 days prior to the full moon. Peri-menopausal women are the most creative in their punishments with 77% never using the same punishment twice, compared to just 22% of women of childbearing age. Women whose age in years is divisible by three are slightly more likely than other women to threaten punishments but not carry them out, whilst women with larger feet (after adjusting for other variables such as height and ethnicity) are the most likely to punish on the first transgression without any warnings. Almost 1/3rd of women in their twenties and thirties punish only on weekends, and 1 in 10 dominants are punishing just to be around.

It is, but it's understandable too. Aside from the fact that it's a common 'excuse' for beatings and/or kinky sex in porn, punishment and the threat of punishment is tied in with a lot of our experiences of power in childhood, so it makes sense that when people start to get stirrings of arousal about power exchange they think of it in terms of punishment.

Hell, I have a punishment dynamic and I know the complicated realities of what 'punishment' can really be like. I also know that we can have all sorts of fun without any reason. But I'd be lying if I said that punishments didn't feature highly in my favourite fantasies.
