As far as I know you hit the spam filter by:
A. Sending out many identical type messages in a short time spam.
B. People report your messages as spam.

It can be all A or all B or a bit of both.

This is what the site calls spam, it doesn't matter if your definition is different.
It always makes me laugh that people say the spam filter is "malfunctioning" when it applies to themselves- i.e. your comment on the 'popular problem here'.

Whatever you are putting in your emails is seemingly causing some people to report you as spam, or the messages are identical and being mass mailed, so it doesn't seem as though you are writing individual, subjective, personalized messages contrary to your claim above.
