is there a high incidence of hemeroids, or any other frequently occuring " side effects" from anal penetration such as strap on play or other toys being used seldom or frequently? Joe

I have a part-time slave who's had surgery to remove polyps which occurred after repeated anal play. His ass is now a "hard limit" - which I respect, of course. I've also known women who were raped anally who required surgery afterwards to repair tears, etc. Most of the slaves I know with hemmoroids are still virgin, so they acquired those under normal circumstances.

I own 3 sizes of buttplugs to stretch gently over time.... OR .... I have my slaves bring their own toys. That way I know what they can handle and what they can't (and, of course, they know where the toys have been, how they've been cleaned, etc.)

I'd recommmend looking for a Dominant who is a practitioner of safe, sane and consenual, of course.

I'm not a Doctor-(though I play one in the Dungeon hehe) take this advice for what it's worth. As with any delicate tissue/mucus membrane, there can be swelling, irritation, tearing, abrasion or any number of other "side effects" from excessive and/or prolonged/vigorous use. These effects can be diminished with proper care and technique. One big keyword to remember.."Lube, lube, lube" you can NEVER use too much lube when engaging in anal play. If they say it hurts, this really isn't the time to plung on ahead, as it were, just to prove you're the one in control and all powerful (not that anyone here would do that here, mind you...that's just My standard precaution.) As for anal play when someone already has hemmoroids, just know, that once you have experienced them, they are not likely to ever go away totally. For anyone who's had them, you know that even a 'vigorous' BM can cause them to flare up. This does not preclude you from enjoying the wonders of anal play. Just that your partner needs to be aware of it, and take more care in the implementation of such exploration.

Thanks NH! I totally agree and so many don't understand the more lube the better! As well as the fact you need to listen to your partner.

Go real slow and make sure you trust the person you are having anal with. Lube Lube Lube also I have been told by a friend that anal ease works wonders.

A gay friend of mine once told me with enough lube you can shove a watermelon up there and have no bad effects.

So the key is you can never have enough lube.. I prefer Astro Glide Gel the best for anal and you can often find it in your local drugstore next to the KY.... you also have to remember that the ramming you see in the pornos is done by experts and well worked asses....so take it SLOW especially in the beginning each and every time... and don't share anal toys with others unless you use a condom on them.

Hope he was kidding! Maybe not..heard of worse... a saxaphone for instance.

Maybe they should have those hems treated beforehand? I think they can rupture.
