If you have the time to eat a well balanced diet then why bother taking supliments when you are already eating them? Remember that meats, grains, fruits, and vegitables have all that good stuff in them. Read a Dr Wells book sometime. I only keep the supliments around when I slack off on the fruits and vegitables. They tend to go bad before I can finish eating them during the week. B Vitamins and Folic along with Omega Fatty acids are very important to me. I can't always have pork, beef, and fish all at the same time in the house or eat them all in the course of one day. So I have suppliments to help save time and keep down on food cost and cooking time.

Hello All, can you get Viagra from a food supplement????/

B vitamins, Folic Acid, and Fish Oils with your omega 3 and 6 fatty acids would be one of your best natural alternitives. After all, viagra is comonly used for opening blood vessels stimulating blood flow to your lower regions for sexual performance. By eating healthier you may be able to loosen or ride yourself of blockages and keep the blood flowing strong. The B vitimins are for energy. Studies reported in mens health indicated that the smell and eating of cinamen increases blood flow to genitals.
