Just realized, I posted something in OT that actually relates to your hypothyroidism too, maybe the odd thing there can help you

and while you won't lose a lot of weight in a sauna, what it does is speed up the metabolism, I think you should check with your docs if you are allowed to go into one

I've tried to use one before but it really bothered my asthma. :( the YMCA has both wet and dry heat. Couldn't use either. Sucks.

What was the name of the back surgery that you had by the pain specialist?

How did the other specialist come to the conclusion that a bone or something had been fractured by the pain specialist during the surgery?

I have come back here for the first time in a long time and I can see that you haven't changed at all. You continue to write posts asking for help for whatever ailment you have at the time and then "yes but" every piece of advice given. You have been doing this for years and years on here. I suggest that you turn off your computer because if you haven't already, you will next be asking for treatment for Repetitive Strain Injury from typing so many reasons why you can't follow any suggestions that people have kindly offered.

Good to see that some things never change on here. And yes I am being blunt however this thread is feeding your need to get attention for some health condition or another, just like past threads did and if you have stopped therapy (I haven't read all of the posts here), you need to restart it.

Everyone, the doctor most likely suggested that she not look up things on the internet as she then would have been self-diagnosing and so forth. A LOT of people have tried to assist her over the years. As I can see, some things don't change.

I had the Trufuse procedure. And I had an MRI that shows a new fracture that I didn't have before surgery. He doesn't know for sure it happened during surgery or some time after.

Having an EMG on Monday...worried it's going to hurt. *sighs*
