Set his email to spam so it automatically gets rejected. You don't ever have to see them or interact with him in any way.

For your phone you have quite a few options. If it's a cell phone you can block the number either through your cell company or there are apps you can download that will take care of it for you. Or you could simply change your number. Takes like two minutes online.

If it's on Collarme or any other site, you block and if they get through it, report to support who can block him in other ways other than his screenname.

Unless he knows where you live I wouldn't bother with the restraining order. I used to work in a court where I helped with restraining orders. Most of the judges did nothing at all about online stuff except to tell the plaintiff to block, delete and stop talking to them! If you don't talk to them they go away.

So only do the restraining order if he knows where you live. Otherwise don't waste your time. And definitely DON'T go to his work or whatever. He will then take a restraining order or worse on you. So unless you don't want to go to jail, I suggest you just don't. Be the bigger man.

And what exactly is your Master doing about all this? And this also makes me wonder about the whole situation and how it began in the first place.

Don't communicate with him. Block his e-mail address and block his phone number. After that, hopefully he'll get the picture. If not, he may try contacting you from another number/e-mail, and at that point I would definitely go to the police if you haven't already.

Years ago, I had an ex-coworker with a crush on me. I never felt threatened by him exactly, but he called and texted me constantly and filled up my voicemail with drunk messages in Spanish about how he was in love with me. I blocked his number, and that worked for a while, but then he started calling me from other numbers, and at that point I told him I'd report him to INS if he called me again, which is what finally worked. I doubt you have that option with this guy, but if the police are involved, that may scare him off.

What's an AA Dom?

In personal ads and the like, it means African-American. I'm not sure why that's relevant, though.

If you get a restraining order, you will have to tell him where you live because he has to know where hes not supposed to go. Im not a legal expert but you could probably press charges for harassment without having to disclose your address. Either way, i believe making a report at the least is a good idea if he could possibly be dangerous.

If he has sent you emails that are not from a gmail or hushmail account, you can put the originating IP into and ip address lookup to see if he is local or not and actually has the means to come get you in real life. Although, if the emails were sent from a cellphone using the cellular network instead of a WIFI the IP location could be in a different state and useless.

you can text his phone number to LOOKUP and get the name associated with the account. Sometimes its accurate, sometimes not. You can also put the phone number into facebook and see if there are any searchable profiles associated with it... for purposes of verifying who this person is and if they are a threat and if there is any leverage to be used to get them to bugger off.

Also:

Re-do your voicemail message so the stalker can't dial "just to hear your voice".

As in no voice, just the sound of a bell or something.

Finally, if your stalker makes it real-life personal, I understand Texas is pretty free with the "Conceal Carry" permits.
Take the courses and spend some time at the range.

If said stalker is reaching you by phone get a nice old fashion whistle. They work wonders with ear drums at the other end. I've used them before quite effectively.
