Time Warp you have now entered the containment vessel.

It's the matrix.

You attach the blue wire here and you get to rewire their brain. That is what I did with you.

Amazing! Thank you.

I see in colors. I don't do math.

IM allergic to it.

But at least I do have 4 numbers that form a rectangle, that's pretty good.

The etymology of the word matrix would be instructive here.

I thought it was a movie. Never did I investigate further, I never had a need to until now.
Oh that's so funny.

PeonForHer -> RE: What good is morality anyway? (4/9/2014 12:56:35 PM)

So, does God look like Charlton Heston, BM, or does he really look like Burt Lancaster? I've always wondered about that.

chatterbox24 -> RE: What good is morality anyway? (4/9/2014 12:59:55 PM)

Your cute, a nice person. Thanks for the silly joke the other day btw. He looks like the pictures actually represented, some variation. But remember the hall of mirrors? If you read this thread you will understand the face could be different for you. But trust me you will know.

Now is a good time to watch the film the Matrix http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0133093/.

Once the brains are rewired it takes a couple of days for the system to reboot; hence, the outage.

chatterbox24 -> RE: What good is morality anyway? (4/9/2014 1:13:16 PM)

Ahh Okay Scotty. Beam me up.

I have no idea what Spock will think of this though?

It does take a great deal of Energy......................systems down...........

That's when I rewired your brain.

The level of crazy and/or stupidity from a couple of posters in this thread is mind boggling [8|]

I could make it a two for one deal, ha ha.

I wish I could see his face when he gets to wherever he is going (heaven, hell, Hull or Halifax Nova Scotia) and finds that his god has a shittier sense of humour than anybody on here !!! The trouble with that idea is that I would have to be in the same place as he is , even if only temporarily and THAT would be my idea of hell.

This is us vs them reasoning. If a person upholds their duty to act rightly and such action just so happens to not favor the us worldview, then the righteous and moral person is working for the enemy.

I can't decide if it is real or an extended trolling. Either way it is entertaining.

Dvr22999874 -> RE: What good is morality anyway? (4/9/2014 4:10:18 PM)

Then yes, if you choose to look at it that way, I would say you ARE working for my enemy. I certainly don't want friends either like you or the god you describe.
Marc...........I would say it HAS to be extended trolling. Surely nobody can have a serious belief in the shit this 'SeaFoodBread' is spouting ? Could they ?

What you are talking about is conflict of interest. It is a conflict of interest of sorts to be working for God. An amoral or immoral person is in a sense more trustworthy than a person who is moral. From a worldly point of view God interferes.

Dvr22999874 -> RE: What good is morality anyway? (4/9/2014 5:41:23 PM)

What a load of old bollocks wrapped up to look or sound deep and meaningful. I was NOT talking about a conflict of interest, although that does seem to be your 'buzz-phrase' of the moment. I was talking about not liking you, your mind, your so-called morality or your version of your so-called god. There can be no conflict of interest there as none of those things really interest me.
Tell me what the opposite of Love and Hate are (one-word) and you will know what I mean.

BenevolentM -> RE: What good is morality anyway? (4/9/2014 5:41:54 PM)

One could say God has, but one face, the righteous face, but it is not as simple as that. Jesus Christ made this clear. If it was as simple as picking the right side, Jesus would have sided with the Pharisees.

That was an interesting admission. At a minimum you just admitted that it sounds deep and meaningful which puts you in disagreement with what some of my detractors have said. For this I give you brownie points.

For example, suppose I were to say that I do not like Australians, etc, and Australia doesn't interest me. Regardless of whether or not Australia interests me it exists and has an influence to a lesser or larger degree in world affairs. What you wrote is nonsensical.
