how do you feel when people lie about not being able to afford healthcare insurance in an advert, and when proven that the new plan it is cheaper, declare that you still dont believe it?

I take adverts with a pound of salt. And do my own fact checking.

If you are talking about the Affordable Health Care Act in the U.S. I know first hand it means higher out of pocket expenses for medical insurance. I can no longer afford health insurance.

And, I still maintain that "Affordable Health Care" has nothing to do with mandatory insurance.

If they had wanted to actually make health care affordable they would have broken the connection of health care insurance companies owning for profit health care providers. With insurance companies owning the providers; it is in the best interest to keep prices spiraling out of control.

And I can cite specific examples of the ridiculous overcharging done by the medical industry. Some of the diagnostic tests have charges inflated to about 500% of where they should be.

I still gripe about the Democratic Party dismantling the Public Health Service back in 1968.
I have to admit my dog in that hunt was my mother working for PHS until the reorganization. She then went to work for the Veteran's Administration.
