Oddly enough, male pro doms in the gay community do usually include sex judging by the ads.

If you're decent looking and there is a leather scene around, get into it and make it clear what you want. They'd probably jump at the chance.

I think that depends a lot on the area, most dom/mes don't include sex, even here in Europe where they legally could, it's just a preference, and the ones who will, I would worry about the risk, then there will possibly major costs involved as he wants it to be a multiple dom session that stretches over hours... I checked a random Indiana craigslist (no idea which towns are near the OP) and there are people in the m4mm section looking for exactly this sort of thing. Worth a shot.
