I would have thought that golf was a good pursuit for your president to play...........it's a mindless sort of 'game' (and I use the term loosely), where as he chases a silly little ball around a field, he can let his mind roam over other things.
What would you prefer him to do ? Strap on combat gear and lead his troops in a flag waving 21st century version of Picketts charge against an enemy that nobody can recognise unless they are actually carrying a weapon ?
As for the Israelis ? Maybe they should invite hamas to a big feast and then do what the Campbells were famous for. Problem solved and no innocent bystanders on either side get damaged.

You will have to ask someone else. I really don't care if he plays golf or not. In fact I would be more concerned if I thought he didn't get some downtime from time to time. As far as golfing being good for thinking, I am not sure because I don't golf. But it makes sense.

I don't play golf either...................I always regarded as the best way to fuck up a good walk, but I would guess that it would leave plenty of time between chasing that stupid little ball to concentrate on more important things.

And you think the only way they could get a copy of the pic is if it came with the article? Or perhaps you think the content of the article would somehow taint the pic? I know you will have trouble with this concept but no everyone takes everything printed as gospel. And I honestly can't think of a reason why his kids would see anything wrong with their dad taking a break from time to time. So yes I can see them looking at the pic as nothing more than a really good shot of the man they love and call dad. Such a shame you can't.

No, they are not criticizing him for his 'poor judgement'. They are saying the nutsackers see this incongruity, but not in their own.

You see, its like the men in black, though. Hell, there is always a nuclear threat somewhere, always a war somewhere, always a tsunami somewhere, all destroying the nutsackers right to freedom here in America. There are people working all over this when the prez is not front and center. And what can he really do in the end, but comment? And what does that SOLVE? So, as usual, perceptions are more important to nutsackers (along with drawing the most conspiratorial and inane conclusions possible) than actual outcomes.
