I'll Go With True
Close but no cigar. Truth is I lived in West Germany at that time, but not Berlin.

====================
"I have been on the verge of death twice in the last year." True. Once on 12/12/13 from pneumonia, then coded blue in the hospital on 1/1/14, but was revived.

I am an avid doll collector and have over 100 in my collection.
I'll guess True

This is indeed false. I would have died after 20 minutes from sheer fear of heights.

I hung out with Rick Ocasek and Paulina Porizkova one afternoon in New York city.

I'm going to go with: TRUE. I don't know who Paulina is but, Rick is a fairly down-to-earth, accessible guy.

I used to hang out with Metallica (when Dave was still in the band) and Bon Jerk-off on a regular basis.

This is true. I ran into them while they were hanging out in the Village. We sat around and talked for a few hours. Really cool people.

I'll guess yes.

"I am an avid doll collector and have over 100 in my collection." - False. While I admire a well-crafted doll, there's not a single doll in my house, let alone 100+ dolls.

I used to work for a company co-owned by the father of Sharona of "My Sharona" fame.

False. (The pun side of me wants to say you didn't have the knack for the job.)

At one time in my life, I had 27 mice for pets.

I'll say true, cuz you're all micromanagement kinda guy.

I introduced MMA to Mexico.

You would be correct.

As for your statement: I know she's in Real Estate and I believe he was in insurance? I'll take a stab at "True"

True is correct. Sharona's father Marvin co-owned a furniture manufacturing company in East Los Angeles in the '80's and I worked there. Never met Sharona, but I heard a lot about her :). Her dad was nice. Yes, I understand Sharona went on to become a successful Real Estate agent in L.A. I heard the manufacturing company is no longer in business. Not sure what Marvin went into after that, could have been insurance.

I had to look up MMA to see what it was. True?

I was on TV once.

Yep, true. I accepted a fellowship to Mexico to teach MMA long before anyone knew what it was. I loved living in Mexico, it was amazing.

I'm going to say you got your fifteen minutes in a concert crowd shot and the camera man was smitten ;)

True?

"I was on TV once." - False. Never on TV. My picture was in a newspaper once, though, in the 90's. The Fort Worth Star Telegram must have been having a REALLY slow news day and sent a reporter to my Home Owner's Association potluck. My picture ended up in the paper and I was quite the local celebrity when people still read newspapers. A lot of people saw it and commented.

I am ambidextrous and can write legibly with either hand.

This is true. I brought two mice home from the pet shop, they were never together in the same cage. They were both pregnant. Poof... 27 mice.

That would be very rare, but since it is rare, I will say true.

I hung out one night with the Philadelphia Eagles football team at a private club that they paid to shut down for the night so they could party all night long.

True?

"I am ambidextrous and can write legibly with either hand." - True. I write faster with my left hand, though.

I have been in all 50 states of the U.S.A.

That is so cool. I wish I were ambidextrous, but I am left-handed. I'm used to navigating the mouse with my right hand and when I try to switch, I'm uncoordinated as anything with my left.*

False, not ALL 50? I say this because I've been in 49, missed North Dakota. It took many, many cross-country trips.

I've been to all of the U.S. Territories.

ETA: *...which I find bizarre.

I once spent an hour discussing unionism with Prince Charles beside the Long Walk in Windsor Great Park. I was a union official at the time and he admitted to being both amazed and fascinated by just what he HADN'T be told or taught about it.

True?

"I have been in all 50 states of the U.S.A." - Correct, this is false. My dad and I took many trips when I was a child and I have been in the 48 continental states. However, I have not been in Alaska or Hawaii.

I once had a pet iguana.

True? I wasn't but maybe you were.

"I once had a pet iguana." - False. I have had many types of pets, but not an iguana.

I always get a flu shot.
