It is pretty late to start a poll but for those of you reading before the 8pm announcement indicate what you think the decision will be and regardless of the decision do you think he is innocent or guilty. You can make multiple selections.

I care about the decision and what I feel about his guilt...
So the "regardless of the decision" is what deterred me.

How pitiful... while the President is talking on a split screen we see rioters trying to tip a police car over and tear gas flying.

What I learned from this incident is how rare it is for the Police to be charged with excessive force after killing civilians.

Rarely does a defendant ever testify at a grand jury hearing, but in this case Officer Wilson did, and it looks like his side of the story was persuasive in making a case for self defense.

The "defendant" doesn't normally testify because it puts them at a major disadvantage.
PS he isn't a "defendant" until he is charged.

Has it even occurred to you that, as many suggested at the outset, the grand jury has more information than we do?
Has it even occurred to you that Wilson could be innocent?
Does anything count to you beyond the fact that Wilson is white and Brown was black?
