I'm trying to think of any conservative issue that would come close to the absurdities on this thread and I can't think of one.

I don't think so exactly. The original link my have exaggerated the extent of the effect an
EPA regulation might have (absurd maybe) but I'm not seeing any offensiveness over something ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised though if some left leaning areas were to suspend fireworks displays or some such nonsense as a result.

Still you didn't address what I said. The link on the OP was exaggerated but not anything about that thread was offensiveness over something stupid or trivial. It doesn't rise to the level of this thread.
