Reasonable suspicion is how smart people view any government claim to institute new rules to make things better. Gullible folks are those who see no reason to ever have suspicion of the government AS LONG AS any claims made about "betterment" or "help" come from the liberal-approved government agencies or elected, liberal government members.
Slobbering imbeciles...well, that's just one more term for those who dare to disagree with the liberal P.O.V. or express suspicion. Sort of like "racist"...or "hater"...or "bigot"

So, you aint got a handle on reasonable, and you aint got one on suspicion. Lets try to use words with meaning here.
