Present-day sea-level rise is a major indicator of climate change1. Since the early 1990s, sea level rose at a mean rate of ~3.1 mm yr−1 (refs 2, 3). However, over the last decade a slowdown of this rate, of about 30%, has been recorded4, 5, 6, 7, 8. It coincides with a plateau in Earth’s mean surface temperature evolution, known as the recent pause in warming1, 9, 10, 11, 12

Yeah, where ever you plagiarized that from it is not in the nutsucker slobberblog article. Thanks though for the random string of words from who knows where.

Yeah, nothing much in that. I think the externalities associated with big energy make a tesla a fairly competitive deal.

Just in Enron and BP, how much does that raise our usage cost ratio?

I think the interesting thing is that the cost of electricity continues to rise while the cost of oil goes down because the rate payers are providing huge corporate welfare to the green energy.

I dont find that interesting at all, oil isnt really going down, its in a low cycle, but it will exceed the last highs.

its climbing at the pump already, while my electricity is the same cost as 4 years ago.

T. A. Frank, a nobody among nobodies, and a factless dickwiggler at that. Not much of an op-ed, nothing remotely factual there, just mental masturbation.

Then your power company, as forced by your state, fucked you in the ass to pay for your neighbors to go solar more than four years ago and you're still paying.

Why do you have an issue with the state tellling the power company what to do?

You didn't ask for any, and given your propensity for posting BS cites I reserve the right to ignore your requests in the future.

This will get you started. Apparently Minnesota began giving green energy rebates in 1983. Attached you'll see one link to where your incentive was upward of $4,000 to homeowners if they installed systems prior to 2010. Your energy rates were probably set to pay for that some time ago. Although, I see the state initiated something new in 2013 that supposed to occur through 2016. So your rates may go up now. You're paying, through electrical rates, for other people to put solar panels on their roofs.

Minnesota Power – Solar-Electric (PV) Rebate Program
Minnesota Power offers a rebate of $2,000 per kilowatt-DC for grid-connected solar-electric (PV) systems, with a maximum award of$4,000 per customer. This program, which began in 2004, is available to the utility’s residential and customers, subject to availability of funding. Minnesota Power’s rebate for PV systems can be combined with the Minnesota Office of Energy Security’s Solar-Electric (PV) Rebate Program, which offers rebates of $1.75-$2.00/W for residential and small business PV systems.

Systems must be installed on or before December 31, 2010

Yes, you have cited BS that has nothing to do with the topic, and nothing to do with anything. You Enron lovers pay for your electricity at levels we would revolt over. If it happened, it happened to you and over umbrella stands. Our rates have had an increase in 2009 due to higher gas and coal prices. The price increased when the rural electrification subsidies ended. The last increase prior to that was 1949.
