L.A. is full of professional Dominants. If you're not connected with the kink community at all, I'd probably suggest Backpage. However, I'm going to say that you're willing to pay for something you can get for free.

You are referring to a man I suspect. The voices in my head inform me they were a rare breed and have retired, long ago, to their muffin farm I will wager and wade knee deep in cats - who have taken over his insta page, long, long ago.

I would imagine self proclaimed experienced dominant man to be fairly common and they have many tells into hexing you into the ways of utter malarkey.
eg.
You will fall to your knees and offer me slavery from moment of time one.
I will cavity stretch you with a Sherman tank and finish you off with a sound thrashing with pots and pans and the kitchen sink before selling you into slavery so they can buy their actual partners a pair of red sparkly shoes.

But to the original poster: Why are you looking for a professional? I would say it would be better with someone you get to know, form a relationship with over time, and trust completely. That's just me though. That sounds "safer' to me as well. What exactly do you mean by real experience? Just my thoughts.

You're going to have a hard time finding a professional male Top.

There's plenty of female pros, because they have a market in male subs who are willing to pay for their services, but the only market a pro male would have is other men.

Women don't tend to pay for kink. Doing so is even more rare then women using gigolos.

If you're okay with using a female Top, you shouldn't have any issue finding one. Just google 'Professional Dominatrix/Pro-Domme" in your area, and you should find at least a few.

If you're intent on having an experience with a male Top, I'd be extremely weary of anybody willing to charge you for it. Most of the dependable experienced male Tops in the community play with women for free. I'd be anticipating one willing to take cash for it to likely be a poser.

Instead I'd follow LadyPact's advice, and go to your local club, and speak with the management/leadership there. They should be able to point you in the right direction and reference a male Top who might be interested in doing the same things you want to do.
If you're shy about going to a club by yourself, just find your local club on Fetlife, and mail your community leader there.

I'm always leery of one-hit OP wonders, but, I'll take the bait and mention that at the local professional houses here, they have men, as I recall who scene for something like $150 an hour (or whatever the going rate is for men).
