Are you playing dumb or you actually don't know? In the event that it's the latter, or there might be folks reading the thread who are unaware, I'll explain.
Fetlife 'staff' is structured a little differently from here. They have their paid staff, which are their Caretakers. Those are the folks that handle anything technical, areas related to ToU, field user questions via Support, and that kind of stuff.
They also have unpaid (volunteer) staff known as greeters. These are the folks that, more or less, welcome you to Fetlife when you first create your account. They send you a personalized email to give you tips on how to navigate Fetlife, how to avoid annoyances like not wanting email notifications just because you join a group, and groups you might be interested in based on your profile. I don't think I'm allowed to post a direct link to Fet on the forums, but you can read about it for yourself. Go to your "help" tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the "About Fetlife" category. Hit the link that says "greeters".
Sounds nice, right? Well, in one instance, it turned out to be not so nice because one greeter started harassing a lot of women, particularly Dominant women. This was during the time frame that poster had been placed on Moderation from these boards for over a year. Anyway, not really the representation that you want for your welcome wagon, so they fired him. You might not like the term "fired" for a volunteer but it would have been the same if I'd have said let go or relieved of duties. On this occasion, all of the same to me.
As for the "making stuff up" comment, I'm really not the only person on this forum who is aware of this neat little story. Anyone can find it over on the other site if they know what they are looking for.

Why would you not care? Didn't you say in an earlier post that you were a member of the real time community, even going so far as to call it "your" community? So, in "your" community, it's perfectly cool that you've got people on the sexual offender registry list, consent violators, and people making national news for the crimes they are committing being the face, voice, and authors about BDSM? We'll have to agree to disagree. I happen to think the murderers, rapists, stalkers, consent violators, human traffic violators, affect us all. In my opinion, we are never going to sway the public mind-set about practitioners of BDSM if we continue to look the other way about areas of non-consent.

No, there's no "case". From where I sit, there are a number of former Mods who haven't had to slink away from their real time community or take up a new name because of unethical BS. I'll give it to you that two (possibly three ) LMIC (lead mods in charge) can't participate in their local community because of the stuff they've done. Oddly enough, a good number of former Mods (and by Mods, I include forum Mods, chat Mods, picture reviewers, and anybody who had any kind of 'Admin' access.

I didn't say a person had to alert me. Why didn't you come clean with other folks who asked you honest questions about your identity on this thread? That lack of character is telling. You let Artie take the fall for your comments. I'm not an arturus fan but he deserves better than that.
