During a session of play i literally flew into sub space i have never been this far before but unfortunately it feels as though i have crash landed back into vanilla world and i am full of negative feelings any other sub/slaves experienced this before? I am new on the scene

Yeah, it's called sub drop, it's pretty common (common enough to have it's own term).

yeah sub drop bites the big one. it works real well if it's hours later and my Dominant is still there to fix it but if we play hard I usually don't drop till the next morning, in which I'm instructed to call him immediately if it happens.

Well at least i now know im not loosing my mind!! I feel so strange today full of negative crappy emotions! Hope i can shake myself out of it! Thanks guy's x

hopefully you have a good Dominant to help you through it, if you live with them than make sure he does what you need to help you through, if you don't live with them, give them a call, and if he doesn't know what he's doing than well I got nothing to say....

Thanks guys thankfully short lived feel so much better today! Was not very nice at all!! I was informed about the high not the low so kinda u expected! But makes sense you've gotta come down after any high i guess x x x

At first i pushed him out because i was weirded out by the way i felt! As the negative emotions were actually about him and myself and i just didn't want to talk about how I was feeling in case i disappointed him! So i literally asked him to leave! The next morning he called and explained its normal etc and that l must not shut him out if it happens again! This is a very new relationship and I'm a novice to this lifestyle where he is very experienced however maybe should of warned me before that this could happen! At least if it happens again I'll be more equipped to cope! Being very sore emotionally screwed like that is not a good combination x x x

not every Dominant is capable of getting their submissive into subspace, but yeah he's right not to push him away. Very good Dominants will take care of their submissives when they come back down. The negative feelings are unfortunately normal. Mine usually happens the next day so my instructions are to call him as soon as it happens. He always reassures me that I did nothing wrong and that I'm a wonderful slave etc and that really helps.

at least you didn't do what I did the very first time I got into subspace, couldn't get a hold of the Dominant so when I dropped the next day, I spent 300 dollars at a sex store.

Yes, he should have warned you that it can happen, but frankly, it is an easy topic to overlook, especially if you are new. As a dominant, talking to a new submissive, after talking about everything I could think of to teach her, I can see myself forgetting this. We are not perfect, believe that or not.
