Greta, there is so much wrong with this post. Legally, morally, sensically. #wtf

Yes absolutely. For her to feel violated, she must have withdrawn consent after giving consent, during the act.

But if there is clear evidence that she has given consent at first and no clear evidence that she withdrew consent. Then she's probably not gonna win the case anyway.

That's why need physical injuries as proof that you fought hard against him to leave.

There are women who got drunk, and then woke up in the morning and found out, maybe she got laid with some popular soccer fellow or a rock star or a famous actor.

She might actually not feel violated because she'd have consent to wanna fuck this person anyway if she was asked.

But of course, nobody should be fucking an intoxicated person. They are just taking a risk of non-consent.

To me, it's all about feelings of violation, then it's rape.

Are you saying it is impossible for this to happen?
A man can make a woman feel uncomfortable at any time during intimacy.
She has full rights to redraw consent at any point of time during the act.

I remembered with one dude, everything was going perfectly, and I was looking forward for sex with him. We were naked in the room. He has already fingered me and made me cum a few times.

Then he said..., "What if I anally penetrate you anyway EVEN if you don't want it?"

And I said, "If you do that, I will call the police immediately the moment I am out of here and make sure you get arrested for it."

Of course I threatened him and he is not happy, and I am not happy he said that, so I got dressed and left.

But if he had continued on with it, it would have been rape.

What if she gave consent, changed her mind, and didn't actually communicated that to the guy?

That happens you know (too frequently even).

In that case she would feel violated afterwards, but what happened is that she gave consent, and didn't withdraw it.

Is that rape in your book?

Because that's what people are hearing you say which they are disagreeing with: That you feel that if a woman gave consent and then changed her mind but did not communicate that she changed her mind to the guy, and ends up feeling violated afterwards because she just had sex she really didn't want to have after all, the guy should still be charged with raping her.

Do you really believe that?

To me, I can't imagine feeling violated and not communicating it with the guy! Why the hell would you let anybody violate you without telling him he is violating you? It's like going through rape intentionally.

Unless you were gagged.

Of course IF she didn't tell the guy to STOP, then it's not rape. She needs to tell the guy to stop.

On the other hand, IF she was under influence of alcohol OR drugs that makes her incapacitated to inform the guy to stop, then it is rape too!

And ALL men can easily protect themselves by double checking consent every step of the way.
