All the above said, it occurs to me that an "opt-in" authenticity rating system -- opt-in (and therefore display yourself as a rater) to rate other users, opt-in to be rated, etc -- would be revealing enough to actually be useful.

I would propose something like Ebay's 1-100% system. A new account will start out with a very low score, and build score over time through activity.

User's should also be able to rate/review each other, so this will give you a much better idea of authenticity.



In all honesty, Id rather trust my own instincts rather than some website's arbitrary rating system to authenticate anyone I personally plan on being involved with...especially when it comes to BDSM

There is one poster on here, I haven't seen him in a few weeks, but he was always spouting "research" that he carried out on here using his 400+ female socks. I can only imagine how he would totally throw that system out of whack, all for his research.

Secondly, not sure Wtf a 'munch' is, but if it's some kind of local bdsm convention packed with a bunch of gangly freaks and weirdos then I'll pass.

I've been on here for months now and 99% of the "women" I've spoken with are asking for CC information within the first few messages. I'm qualified to spout off about authenticity.

You target fakes by means of the unrealistic search criteria you employ.

My husband has a ~33% success rate in starting conversations with the women he emails that last 5 emails back and forward or more, and of that 33% he ends up meeting ~10% offline for drinks at some point.

He never has a woman he contacts ask for CC information (though he does get the occasional 'woman' contacting him first asking for it).

Having been here ten years, I suggest you are looking at a specific type and getting scammed because of your preference.

That is on you, not the site.

Ive never found a site (like this one) that has a foolproof verification that lasts more than a year or so.

And it certainly has nothing to do with the "character" of the members.
One persons asshole is another persons delicious depths.

Munches are your best shot at meeting real people and establishing 1 on 1 connection. They are strictly vanilla events where people interested in kink can meet others and learn about the community. They are open to anyone.

No. Good guess tho.

My search criteria is pretty broad, in terms of age, interests, everything. This site is filled with scammers and fakes, no point denying it. I have had a few real conversations as well, so there are real people to be found, but they are needles in the haystack.

Goes with the territory of a free site. Sophisticated verifications are for pay sites; where your authenticity is determined by how much you're willing to pay at the door

Have you ever seen the emails that men who receive a "No, thank you" send to the women here?

Those emails alone prove why it wouldn't work.
