If you are using Chrome, add Bing.com to ad block via the URL setting in ad block. This will freeze the pane when it pops up. Then you can right click and do ad block several times to get rid of all of the ad elements.

I see it in the coding but nothing happens here.
Maybe Malwarebytes is blocking it very successfully.
Or, the fact that I have no widgets enabled or installed at this end as it seems to be linked to widgets in the coding (src='//www.bing.com/widget/bootstrap.js' right near the end of the HTML page).


Edit: If push comes to shove, add bing.com to your hosts file - it'll never find it.
