Happy New Year, folks!
OK, some folks aren't going to appreciate this post much. I really do know that a lot of people have been struggling with some serious stuff this holiday season. MP, Engie, and myself have been thinking of many of you. We hope our positive thoughts and prayers help in some small way.
With that said, I am now going to be an asshole and bitch about my first world problems.  (Gratuitous cursing may occur.)
Does anybody else feel like they haven't sat down for more than fifteen minutes since Thanksgiving? Jesus F^cking Christ! I swear, I think this is the longest amount of time that I've sat in a chair at home in weeks. Why, yes, it does feel good, thank you very much. The holiday was wonderful but if I had to keep up this pace all year long, I don't know what I'd do. I might need a vacation.  Seriously, I'm tired.
I am not tired, however, due to the insomnia thing. Believe it or not, folks, I'm sleeping at night!  I know that doesn't sound like a huge deal to non-insomniac type folks, but to me, it's a huge deal. I'm more well rested than I've been in YEARS! It's amazing!
Shahar, go gel. I honestly love that stuff! Even if you are just doing your nails at home, it's totally worth it. The stuff never chips, wears well, and takes sixty seconds to dry. Try it one time and you'll never go back to the old stuff. .)
Speaking of salons and those things 'girly,' the hectic of the holidays and all of that sh^t, guess where I will be tomorrow? I will be the whole day at the spa! For Christmas, MP went and bought me the most expensive and luxurious package the place has to offer. He'd already laid out a thousand bucks for my new pair of earrings. (They are breath-taking. Wish I knew how to post pics.) I thought that was my 'big' gift this year. I was wrong.
Somehow, during the month of December, MP found the time to research the salons in the city. I don't know how he did it. Everybody but me knew. My boss knew. Lady across the street knew. Dang family and friends... They all knew. They kept that dang secret better than where Jimmy Hoffa was buried.
I'm an exceptionally lucky woman.

Sometimes I dream of a spa weekend with my daughter, but we never seem to get around to it, the ol man wouldnt get anything out of it, but to be pampered by strangers right now would be heavenly.

Hello Everyone, its 2017....I hope you enjoy the new year:)
The last half of 2016 had been hellacious, but there is still so much hope for 2017.
Several friends are unknowingly inspiring me right now, and its awesome to feel their hopes and dreams and they are helping us plan our own.
WE are going to get another dog, we havent decided exactly when yet, or what kind, but it will be a rescue, my last two dogs were rescues, and will be loved and adored like they were.
My plans for tripping to the UK have been put on hold, but Im still hoping to get over there sometime in 17.
This month is just going to be family and work focused, and next month is birthdays, so I think february will be too. Im missing kink, but not enough, lol.
I wish everyone health, and love. for all of 17:) it helps with the "bumps" in the road
