Mr Trump's tweets followed allegations made by conservative radio host Mark Levin, which were later picked up by Breitbart News, the website run by Steve Bannon before he became Mr Trump's chief strategist.
Trump, who started the Twitter rant at 5:30am US eastern time, branded the claims a “new low” before appearing to call Obama a “bad (or sick) guy”….the president of the United states ffs.
Did I word the question badly – because in a way it infers his phone was actually tapped – but I was only quoting trump mad screechings on twitter - and he sitting about 4% “true” statements, add in another 16% mainly true...leaving the remaining 80% as lying fukery. And, presumed the poll options of Obama, Elvis, Unicorns, Aliens would have cleared that up. I did forget to add in no-one at all, and conservative radio hosts and breitbart (RWNJ). But this is the president of the United States you would at least think his national security adviser (whose name I already forget), sacked guffaws….would have a team/his team of security experts briefing him on the occurrence may have occurred.
Obama cannot actually issue/instruct anyone to wiretap.
Earlier Ben Rhodes, who was Mr Obama's foreign policy adviser and speechwriter, also addressed Mr Trump's claims in a tweet, saying: "No President can order a wiretap. Those restrictions were put in place to protect citizens from people like you."

Officials at the justice department must seek permission from the Fisa court (which have 11 judges I think) – although I am not sure whether it requires 1 or all 11 to back the warrant
The longer the Trump pantomime goes on the more irreparable damage occurs in America. Still enjoying the show for now myself. I sit there looking forward to reading his mad utterances with my morning coffee thinking to myself what will the mad lying fuk say next.
