This may sound crazy, but what is the survival rate of someone cutting off their our genitals in order to speed up Their own gender reassignment surgery

Blame whoever you want...thats fine, but be honest with yourself.
Why the need to pull people into your drama?.
Expressing your drama the way you do is exactly WHY there are laws against it.
Im sure you could find someone to do it illegally, or do it yourself.

Why not? I hate the damn thing that's attached to me and I'm tired of being mal.the sooner i become female, the happier I'll be. And if it's label drama so be it.i've been wanting to be female/lesbian fit mot of my life because men are idiots

It appears as though you lack a basic understanding of what happens during GRS. The material that you're so anxious to self-excise, is necessary for the final surgical outcome that you desire. If you cut it off now, and somehow manage to survive the experience, you won't have the necessary tissue for a surgeon to work with. Not that any reputable surgeon would touch you after that, but that's another matter entirely.

I think your method is dumb and life endangering.

While people have mutilated themselves, cut arteries and almost died, there is also the cost of cutting yourself and hoping they fix you into a woman in emerg? hah... the risk of infection, gangrene Mhrsa, bladder problems oh the list goes on and on.

Im sorry you cant afford the care you need, either for mental health docs or surgery.
I think your trolling for sympathy is part of the cycle you have had for years, invest in a decent therapist and get your head sorted out. for your suicide ideations to begin with.
You have a better chance of being accepted for legal surgery much sooner.

Wellcare isn't going to cover anything if you can't get favorable psych evaluations from two WPATH adherent mental health professionals.

Do you simply want to get rid of your manhood? Or do you want to eventually have gender reassignment surgery and have female parts? It seems to me that you want the gender reassignment. Right?

Well, here is the deal, if you cut away all your manhood stuff the doctors won't have the tissue they need to form the female parts. You would still not get what you want, and this time there would be no alternatives. You would just be SOL.

The ladies are giving you good information. Listen to them.

I honestly considered what you suggest quite a bit when I was younger and saw no way to ever afford SRS...

Blood loss would be the main problem. I simply knicked myself shaving down there quite awhile back, and came close to having to call 911. Forget using a little corner of TP to stop the bleeding, I had to hold up the whole roll, and bled through most of it. If you are going to do this, do it in the parking lot of the hospital, because there is no way you will control the blood loss yourself.

But really even more important, what's down there isn't the primary thing that causes people to treat one like a guy or girl. Simply having that cut off isn't going to change how people treat you...
