How weird is it that a few posters on here starting in on Bama about being racist when the OP didn't mention any skin color, and neither did the article linked to? Project much?
They use the lie that I am racist to excuse not paying attention to anything I say.

The suspicion arises from the observation that from every discussion on police shooting unarmed blacks or mentally disabled people Bama finds reason to defend the actions of the police, even in those questions where the police were fired from the Force. The unarmed killed or wounded were always at fault per him.
The trial means nothing if it doesn't come out your way.
When I favor a conviction and am upset because of gross overcharging ( Gardner, Grey) you still think I am making up excuses for the cops.
The fact that I understand the juries logic does not make me racist.
The fact that guilt or innocent any officer who has gone to trial means that nothing he does in the future will be accepted and his continued service will be nothing but trouble for the department doesn't make him guilty. Two entirely different things. And you thought that the other cops were unjustified because one cop they didn't have a chance to communicate with didn't accept his judgment even though he was fired
for repeated civil rights violations and freezing in the face of danger.

Please stop whining. I asked you politely in the other thread to cease making me the subject of the debate. You chose to ignore my request. First I was mad at the cops because you thought I was black. Then you accused me of white guilt. And then, despite my request to knock it off you accused me of hating the cops because I must be a convicted felon. Being the target of ad hominem comments is uncomfortable, isn't it?
I specifically stated that I was not accusing you of anything, but you insisted on reading it so you could be mad about it. And you have accused ne of being a bigot from our first contact.
I have not made you the subject of any thread, but you have insisted on attacks against me from the beginning. I am not whining I am merely pointing out facts that you find unpleasant.
This thread is still supposed to be about how dangerous that area had become, as always I don't care about race one way or another, I am concerned about incidents like this no matter were they happen or who does them.

Actually, Miami's murder rate has declined a bit. The cities with major increases in murder and violent crime are Baltimore, Chicago, Milwaukee, and Washington D.C. SOURCE
You are not much of a scholar on this topic apparently.
The cities that bend over backwards to be politically correct are the ones with the crime increases.
That doesn't mean this didn't happen, does it?
And again if I don't do a thesis paper, this time on crime in America, I don't know what I am talking about? Get real.
