my wife has cancer, she is going in for surgery & probably chemo (just started the process) and im looking for a female to enter our household 24/7 to help in her recovery ... you will serve her every need (and mine also) ...
any advice where to look / find the right female to fit into out crazy life would be grately appreciated

Someone who is homeless might be persuaded to come live with you for a time. Best to not expect too much from them. Neighbor of mine offers room and board in exchange for 2-3 hours of work taking care of her farm animals. Even with winter coming you'd be surprised at how many people can't wake up before noon to make sure the critters get let out and have food and water. Then she gets accused of being a slave driver because she wants the goats milked at the same time (I believe 11 am is a reasonable time) every day. I think you expect a full time housekeeper, chef, health care worker, and sex worker combined in one.

I just got done taking care of an ill person. You couldn't pay me enough to do what I was doing. AND you want sexual service on top of it all.

So sorry to hear about your wife. I do hope she beats the cancer. I do hope you can find it in your heart to care for her and love her even when she can't do the things for you she has done in the past. You'll be expected to step up and do what needs to be done. You can't count on finding someone to do all that for you for free.

My "slow" elderly neighbor has one of these. Shes a tweaker though, they're both tweakers. mooching off him because she cannot get her own place due to refusing to work and a long criminal record. he doesn't pay her, she just lives with him (the state may be paying her). Mentally unstable and the cops are being called on a regular. Shes been caring for him for almost 2 years already though. He met her at the laundrymat. she even has some kind of legitimate documentation from the state to be his home care aid. I don't think they have a sexual relationship though.

In ON, Canada that is, we have PSWs. They're certified support workers hired mostly by agencies that are heavily regulated. Mostly women they're angels of mercy for families or residences with people that need more care than a home can provide.

I am so filled with disgust with this post.

In our country. When spouses are sick and we can't cope. We pay a nurse or a domestic helper to come in and help us full time. Give them a proper job and pay them properly for the job professionally.

If we can't afford a nurse or a domestic help. WE have to take care of our spouse by OURSELVES and figure a way to do so.

We don't ask for some strange woman to come in for free and take care of our spouse for us. It's seriously disgusting and low life. And also expect her to basically be your whore and be your wife's nurse maid. It's absolutely disgusting.

Even when the Prime Minister of my country, when his wife got stroke and bedridden. He insist on personally assisting her on feeding her, changing her clothes, washing her, and helping her to the bathroom and insist on personally being her nurse. He said, she has always been there for him all his life. And this is an opportunity for him to be there for her and take care of her.

I mean, you are disgusting as a husband.
